VALIDATION THAT BUILDS CONFIDENCE BEFORE PRODUCTION

Jayem Automotives provides end-to-end automotive testing and validation services that ensure products are safe, reliable, compliant, and production-ready. Testing is carried out across engines, vehicles, EV systems, and components—covering lab, track, and real-world conditions.

By integrating testing closely with design and manufacturing, development risks are identified early, corrective actions are faster, and time-to-market is reduced.

Engine Testing

Engine testing is performed to validate performance, durability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Tests are conducted across controlled lab environments and endurance cycles to ensure engines meet defined operating and reliability targets.

Capabilities include performance mapping, endurance testing, thermal evaluation, and system-level validation—supporting both new engine development and remanufactured engine programs.

EV Component Testing

Electric vehicle and component testing covers batteries, motors, inverters, controllers, and associated subsystems. Electrical, thermal, mechanical, and functional tests are conducted to validate safety, performance, and durability under real operating conditions.

Testing supports EV development, homologation readiness, and system integration while ensuring compliance with applicable automotive standards.

Chassis Dynamometer

Vehicle-level testing is conducted using chassis dynamometers to evaluate performance, energy consumption, drivability, and system interaction under simulated road conditions.

This enables controlled validation of powertrain behaviour, efficiency, calibration, and repeatability—reducing dependency on extended road testing during early development stages.

Vehicle Testing – Track & Road

Track and road testing are used to validate vehicle performance under real-world operating conditions. Testing covers durability, handling, ride comfort, braking, thermal behaviour, and system integration across varied terrains and duty cycles.

Mileage accumulation, rough-road testing, high-speed evaluation, and field trials are conducted to ensure vehicles perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.
