DIVISION
Jayem is a one-stop design centre for the complete development of the
vehicle. Jayem is equipped with the most widely used CAD / CAE software
and hardware. Our resources are aligned with our customer's needs. Our
total quality management system enables greater accuracy and better
service to our customers. Our design systems are continuously upgraded in
order to keep pace with the changing needs of the market.
Since most of the necessary technologies are available in-house, we are in
most cases independent of external supplies.

RAPID
PROTOTYPE DIVISION
Model automobiles are developed from scratch, under one roof. The complete
vehicle or its chief components can be developed, fabricated and assembled
in our full-fledged prototype unit.
Design and development, of a complete prototype car, MPVs, SUVs,
tractors and agricultural machinery is possible in a very short time. We
have domain expertise in prototype development of complete vehicles, turbo
charging diesel/petrol engines. |

Production Division
If the tracks are grueling and rigorous, our production process is equally
meticulous in no uncertain terms. Our production centre is maintained that
way by continuous innovations and updations.
Jayem is a
fully-integrated manufacturing facility under one roof for the production
of all types of automobiles and automobile parts and in most cases
independent of external suppliers. Facilities include:

# Pattern shop for cast iron and Aluminum castings
# Machine shop for precision machining
# Tool room for making intricate tools and dies

in quantities as low as 50-100 numbers viably. All these are done using
our foolproof technical systems, which have been in use for the past 40
