1969:
All Tools Pvt. Ltd. was born. A five ton fork-lift truck was
developed and sold to the Madras Port Trust.
1973:
For the first time in India, a two litre, four cylinder diesel
engine, Jaya 2000, was developed for Ambassador.
1979:
Jaya 1800 overhead cam light weight diesel engine was
developed.

MAYURA 1500 cc, 1986 |
1986:
Indias first own
car, Mayura 1500 cc was developed and the car impressed everyone in
1986 Auto Expo including
Shri. Rajiv Gandhi, the then Prime Minister
of India.
1987:
Six cylinder
engine for Standard 2000 car, with close interaction with Standard Motors
was developed. Cylinder heads and cylinder blocks for Ashok Leyland
and Mahindra & Mahindra were developed.

1991:
Jaya Automotives Pvt.
Ltd. as an independent entity was born. Light-weight 1350 cc diesel engine
for Premier Padmini cars were manufactured for conversion
1993:
M-11, a small car with 1350 cc diesel engine and new version of
Mayura-M18-1500 cc was developed with turbo-charged diesel engine with German collaboration were displayed at Auto Expo93.
1995:
Automotive Research Association of India in Pune certified
1350 Jaya engine for emission standards

1996:
Formula Racing car and a commercial three-wheeler Jaya-M1000 were
designed and developed successfully. Jaya-M1000 was a resounding
commercial success. It was built right from scratch and assembled in-house
with utmost care and precision.
For obvious reasons of
confidentiality, only little can be revealed after 1996.
2000:
Jayem Automotives Ltd. was born.
